Our pick is the Erwin Gomez Salon in Georgetown with its fun, young, rock and roll vibe. It's not the spa we'd recommend for a relaxing massage; but its energizing atmosphere would be perfect before hitting Monday's Latino Inaugural Gala featuring J. Lo, Marc Anthony and Paulina Rubio. Erwin does the best brows in town, ask for Carrey to do your makeup or apply a set of lashes. Word has it Erwin is in the running to do Michelle Obama's hair.
